Principal

Lynn is the founder of Mathocity, Focus Microschool, and LiFT. At Focus, she serves as Principal, Math Teacher, and Study Hall Coach — bringing her passion for education and deep expertise in mathematics to every student she works with.

Lynn has a wonderful son who is a senior at OSU and an amazing chef/husband who owns Steer Inn & Homestead Restaurants in Cushing, OK. She also has 2 bonus kids — a step-son who is a freshman at OSU and a step-daughter living in OKC.

Ladean was a teacher for 40 years — 36 of those years in Stillwater Public Schools. She is a Language Arts Coach at Mathocity and will be teaching Language Arts & Handwriting to 1st–5th grade students at Focus.
